With an established international client base spanning the UK, Europe, America, and the Middle East, we specialise in apartments, villas, land, fincas and business sales — including advisory services for high-net-worth investors.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to professionalise, structure and elevate the performance of our sales division.

This role is about building a high-performance sales culture — not simply delivering training sessions. You will design and implement structured sales training systems that directly impact revenue performance. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the team operates with consistency, accountability and commercial precision.

Recruitment & motivation of sales team Design advanced training modules covering prospecting, follow-up systems, objection handling and closing Build sales playbooks, scripts and operational frameworks Implement performance tracking systems to drive continuous improvement Proven experience in designing and delivering high-impact sales training programmes Strong understanding of adult learning psychology and performance coaching Demonstrated ability to improve measurable sales outcomes Data-driven and commercially focused mindset Fluent English required (additional languages advantageous) Degree in Business, HR, Education or related field preferred
