Project Manager – Data & Analytics,

capable of leading multiple Data & Analytics initiatives in parallel, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and value realization. You will act as a central point of accountability, promoting transparency, governance, and disciplined delivery throughout the project lifecycle within a project for a client in the insurance sector

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end management of Data & Analytics projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level. Develop, refine, and manage project plans, delivery roadmaps, execution cadences, and financial tracking. Provide full financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance management. Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and escalate risks and issues. Communicate clear and concise status updates, risks, and decision points to business and technical stakeholders. Build consensus on scope, delivery approach, resourcing, and issue resolution. Support Agile ceremonies and promote best practices using delivery tools and metrics. Ensure continuous tracking of actions, risks, and dependencies using structured project management methods. Collaborate with distributed and cross‑functional teams across the organization.

Mandatory requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in technology or Data & Analytics environments. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in Agile or hybrid delivery models. Experience in application development and/or software implementation initiatives. Strong experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasts, cost tracking). Strong planning, organizational, and execution capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Hands‑on experience with Agile and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, etc.). English at least B2+/C1

Nice to have: Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar. Experience delivering MDM or Data & Analytics initiatives (platforms, architecture, data domains). Experience with distributed teams and senior stakeholder engagement. Strong Excel skills for financial reporting (pivots, lookups, charts). Experience with platforms such as Confluence, ServiceNow, CA PPM Clarity, or MS Teams. Familiarity with Agile‑adjacent practices such as DevOps, Lean, or User‑Centered Design. Skills related to data modeling, cloud computing, data lakes, dbt, or logical data modeling.
