Product Owner – Telecom Sector

At

ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a

Product Owner

in

Madrid

to join an international telecom infrastructure environment and support the evolution of digital tools used to manage telecommunications sites.

You will collaborate with business teams and developers to deliver new features and improvements in an

Agile environment , working closely with international stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

Act as the

interface between business stakeholders and development teams Gather and analyse

business requirements Translate needs into

User Stories and Product Backlog Items Manage and prioritise the

product backlog Participate in

Agile ceremonies

(Sprint planning, refinement, reviews) Perform

functional validation and acceptance testing Organise and lead

sprint demonstrations Support

production releases and user communication Contribute to

continuous improvement of the product

Who are you?

5+ years of experience

in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles Experience working in the

telecommunications sector

or with telecom operators Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies (Scrum) Experience with

Jira or similar tools Strong communication skills with both

technical teams and business users Experience managing

product backlog and stakeholder communication Ability to work in an

international and collaborative environment Fluent English Nice to have

French
