Supply Quality Engineer

to work from our

Martorell

headquarters, with the mission of developing various accessories and other vehicle parts for a major

OEM

in the automotive sector.

What profile are we looking for? Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial

Engineering

or similar. Between 3-5 years

of experience in a similar position. Fluent

English

(minimum B2). Soft skills: Logical deduction / Analysis / Communication / Negotiation.

What will your responsibilities be? Lead the overall warranty reduction strategy for accessories and service parts, including data analysis, KPI reporting, and management updates. Manage quality issues with suppliers by defining containment actions, identifying root causes, implementing countermeasures, and preventing recurrence. Support new accessory development from a quality standpoint, reviewing supplier feasibility, documentation, and fitting validation. Conduct annual supplier audits, monitor improvement plans, and ensure implementation of quality enhancements. Approve and oversee supplier process change requests in coordination with internal departments. Develop and maintain internal quality standards, driving continuous improvement across suppliers and production facilities.
