We are not just a distributor — we are building a team that supports operational excellence and long-term growth in the HVAC/R industry.As a Warehouse Operator at Entaclima SL, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to support order fulfilment, stock management, and timely delivery to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute directly to the operational backbone of our business.Key Responsibilities:Receive, check, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notesPick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders in line with sales requirements and delivery schedulesSupport inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with regular cycle countsOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with training and company policyMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all timesCollaborate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and on timeAssist with loading and unloading of vehicles, including occasional container handlingReport any stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the Warehouse / Operations Manager promptlySupport the team with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth warehouse operationsKey Experience & Skills:Previous experience in a warehouse roleForklift license / certification is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work with mínimal supervision when requiredSpanish (spoken and written); basic English is a plus for internal communication with group teamsLegally authorised to work in Spain / hold a valid residence permit (required)Entaclima SL is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity within its workforce.
