We are currently looking for a

Distribution Analyst

to join a leading multinational company based in

Sant Joan Despí . This is a 6-month temporary contract

offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global, fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

As a Distribution Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regional freight and warehousing operations, driving data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to strategic logistics decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage freight and warehousing costing and settlement processes in the region.

Maintain transport plans and tariff templates within TMS systems.

Monitor carrier performance and transport plan effectiveness.

Prepare reports and analytics for transport tenders, network reviews, and footprint changes.

Track and report on service and cost KPIs across geographies and business units.

Act as

Key User for Power BI

applications within the distribution function.

Conduct root cause analysis on service or cost deviations and propose corrective actions.

Support logistics projects by gathering, analyzing, and processing operational data sets. ✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

Supply Chain Management, Business Management , or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in transportation, logistics, or customer service.

Strong analytical mindset with advanced data handling skills.

Experience with TMS systems and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).

Ability to work in a structured, multinational environment.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven profile.
