Our Life Sciences client is rolling out a Salesforce-based CPQ solution and requires an experienced Technical Software Trainer to support end-user adoption in Madrid.This is a short-term, intensive contract, focused on rapidly learning existing training materials and delivering high-quality, onsite training sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesRapidly learn the Salesforce CPQ training curriculum and talk tracksDeliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions (predominantly onsite)Facilitate workshops and webinars for diverse user groupsAdapt delivery based on feedback from internal training leadsSupport users around go-live where requiredRequired ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience as a technical software trainerStrong Salesforce platform experience (CPQ exposure required)Fluent in Spanish and EnglishProven ability to deliver onsite, instructor-led trainingExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesBased in or around Madrid and able to attend the office regularlyPreferredKnowledge of adult learning principlesSalesforce certification(s)About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
