The Role

We are seeking a

Company Car Driver with Client Support Responsibilities

to join our operations team. This is a trusted, hands-on position combining

safe client transportation

with

day-to-day client support across our residences .

The ideal candidate is

reliable, discreet, practical, and service-oriented

with strong driving skills and a

professional, client-focused attitude .

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a

supportive, wellbeing-focused environment , providing practical assistance while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Client Transportation & Driving Duties

Drive company vehicles for: Client airport pick-ups and drop-offs Medical, therapeutic, and wellness appointments Pre-approved meetings and activities Ensure vehicles are: Clean, fueled, and well maintained Driven safely, calmly, and punctually Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Client Support & Daily Assistance

Provide practical, non-clinical support to clients during their stay Assist with daily logistics and movements between properties and appointments Act as a calm, respectful, and supportive presence aligned with recovery principles Anticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance where appropriate Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding client schedules and requirements

Requirements

Valid driving license and confident driving experience in Spain Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Responsible, reliable, and well-organized Calm, respectful, and discreet approach to clients Comfortable working in a wellbeing and recovery-focused environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
