We are looking for a
Business Analyst / QA Coordinator
to join our team for a multinational leader in the
credit insurance sector
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate QA activities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Perform
gap analysis
comparing new country mandates with existing implementations.
• Capture and maintain
data mapping requirements
to ensure alignment across internal systems.
• Define
QA strategies, test plans and test cases
based on business scenarios.
• Coordinate
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
including execution tracking and defect resolution.
• Maintain
traceability between requirements and test cases
for governance and audit purposes.
• Execute test cases, validate results and accurately log defects in the tracking system.
• Perform
initial defect triage and root cause analysis
, working closely with QA leads and developers.
• Ensure compliance with
QA governance processes
and coordinate with Change Management for deployments.
• Support production readiness validation and post go-live activities.
Skills:
Essential:
• 5+ years of experience in a
Business Analyst role with strong QA/testing coordination responsibilities
.
• Strong experience in
stakeholder management within multinational environments
.
• Experience with
gap analysis, data mapping and requirements documentation
.
• Knowledge of
Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies
.
• Familiarity with
defect management tools and QA governance processes
.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).
Desirable:
• Experience working with compliance-driven projects and system integrations.
• Additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.
• Familiarity with UBL requirements or new country mandate implementations is a plus
