At SOTEC Consulting (Astek Group) we are seeking a
Technology & Operations Project Manager
to lead the delivery of technology, integration, and operational readiness activities supporting improvements across digital channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for
end-to-end Technology & Operations (T&O) delivery , ensuring that all technology components, environments, integrations, and testing activities are fully prepared for deployment. You will coordinate multiple technical teams, manage dependencies across systems, and ensure delivery aligns with program timelines and governance standards.
You will work closely with a
Business Lead , who will oversee strategy, operational design, and colleague-side processes, while you focus on ensuring the
technical foundations and system readiness
are successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
Technology & Operations delivery
across multiple systems and integrations supporting digital channel improvements.
Translate
business requirements into structured technical delivery plans , ensuring clear alignment with architecture and integration needs.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful
end-to-end technology delivery .
Manage
project governance , including RAID management, delivery tracking, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.
Oversee
environment preparation, integration activities, testing cycles, and technical readiness
for deployment.
Ensure all
technology dependencies and integration points
are identified, tracked, and delivered according to plan.
Collaborate closely with the
Business Lead
to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and operational impacts.
Facilitate communication between
technology teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners .
Support release planning and ensure that all systems are
deployment-ready .
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering
technology-focused projects in complex environments .
Strong understanding of
system integrations, testing strategies, and technical readiness processes .
Experience coordinating multiple teams across
technology, operations, and business functions .
Solid experience with
project governance frameworks , including RAID management and delivery reporting.
Ability to translate
business requirements into technical delivery plans .
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across senior business and technology teams.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
