Senior PCB Lead Engineer

My client is a fast-growing semiconductor technology company that is looking for an experienced

PCB Engineer

to lead the design of advanced, high-performance hardware platforms.

This role combines

hands-on technical leadership

with architectural ownership, working closely with silicon, validation, and systems teams to deliver production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

Own board-level architecture from concept to production Lead and mentor PCB design & layout engineers Design complex multi-layer PCBs with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR/LPDDR) Perform signal & power integrity analysis Work with high pin-count devices and dense form factors Support prototyping, validation, and production readiness

Key Requirements

8+ years’ experience in PCB / hardware design Strong background in high-speed digital and power delivery Experience with industry-standard PCB tools (Cadence, Altium, Siemens, etc.) Solid understanding of SI/PI and board-level standards Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar Strong communication and technical leadership skills Fluent English
