Role Overview
We are currently seeking
enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Agents
to join our growing team and support our operations for the
Turkish market
.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers — handling inquiries via
phone, email, and live chat
— while ensuring every customer receives a high-quality and satisfying service experience.
Deliver excellent customer support to Turkish-speaking clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Fluent Turkish (native level) and good command of
English
(working proficiency).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools).
Prior experience in
customer service, support, or call centers
is an asset but not required.
