We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2B customers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager. Responsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc.. ● Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements. ● Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences. ● Orders management, VAS and special requirements. ● Credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation, etc.. Degree in business administration or economics. ● Desirable to have 2-4 years of working experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position. ● Excellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment. Passionate to apply technology to the customer operations processes. ● Proficiency with Office software specially with Excel and knowledge of SAP will be a plus. ● Excellent communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions, strategy, and direction both speaking and writing. ● Good level of Spanish and English. German or any other is a plus.
