Design and propose AIDC solutions (printers, barcode, RFID, mobile computing, related software solutions) in collaboration with sales and marketing, providing technical expertise, project support, client engagement, and documentation/training to ensure successful deployments.

Design comprehensive AIDC solutions that leverage printer and barcode systems, RFID technology, mobile computing, and related software solutions Interface to the European Solution team and other software/solutions providers Project Support : Assist the sales team and technical manager in project planning and scoping activities Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams, including engineers, project managers, and sales representatives, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during solution implementation.

Documentation and Training : Create documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support solution implementation and end-user training. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to new AIDC solutions.
