Digital Senior Art Director

Contract: Full-time

We design bold, memorable experiences that connect people and brands. We’re now seeking an Art Director (Mid-Senior Level) to join our creative department and bring visual concepts to life in collaboration with our Art Director Lead.

You’ll work across multiple projects, from international exhibitions to high-end corporate and sports events, developing visual narratives and design directions that inspire. Support the Art Director Lead in crafting creative concepts and design guidelines. Translate brand strategies and briefings into visual concepts and storyboards. Design and prepare on-site implementation materials and digital assets. Collaborate with 2D and 3D designers to ensure alignment between design and creative intent. Oversee visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials. Support the 3D department in the ideation process, bringing experience not only in events but also in stands and architectural-style spatial projects. 3–5 years’ experience in art direction, graphic design, or creative production. ~ Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar field. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). ~ Strong understanding of branding, composition, and storytelling. ~ Fluency in English (C2) and Spanish. ~ Professional growth with guidance from the Art Director Lead.
