About the role

We’re looking for a

Procurement Transformation Lead

to support strategic sourcing and operational transformation initiatives. This role sits within the

Procurement department

and combines

hands-on procurement execution

with a strong focus on

process improvement, innovation, and value generation

. You’ll work closely with airline businesses across the group, supporting sourcing activities related to

ground operations and cargo

, while helping shape and execute transformation roadmaps. You’ll collaborate directly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams, operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where cost efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are key. If you come from

What you’ll do

Support the design and execution of

procurement-led transformation roadmaps

, working closely with airline businesses across the group. Manage

direct procurement activities

related to aviation operations, including ground operations and cargo. Lead and support

tender processes (RFPs / RFQs)

: supplier engagement, offer evaluation, cost analysis, and recommendations. Analyze commercial and operational proposals using

advanced Excel models

, ensuring robust, data-driven decision-making. Participate in

contract negotiations

, working closely with internal legal teams. Maintain direct interaction with

airlines within the group

, aligning sourcing strategies with operational needs. Identify opportunities for

cost optimization, supplier innovation, and alternative sourcing models

. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes, balancing short-term wins with long-term value creation. Engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, ensuring alignment and effective execution under tight deadlines.

Must Have

Proven experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing

, preferably in

aviation

. Background in aviation operations

, airport environments, ground operations, or cargo. Strong experience managing

tenders, supplier negotiations, and offer analysis

. Advanced

Excel skills

for financial and commercial analysis. Solid understanding of

corporate compliance and control standards

in procurement. Ability to operate effectively in environments with

tight deadlines, limited resources, and uncertainty

. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal). Fluent English (mandatory)

; Spanish is a strong plus. Minimum

4+ years of relevant experience

.

. Exposure to

procurement transformation, process improvement, or change management initiatives

. Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations. Experience working in

large, international, matrix organizations
