The

Graphic Designer Trainee

position will have as its main function to support the Marketing team in the creation and adaptation of graphic materials for both internal and external projects, following the guidelines of each brand within the group, thus contributing to maintaining visual consistency across the different communication channels. The trainee will work closely with the Marketing team and, occasionally, with the Sales department for creative requirements related to client implementations.

Design and adaptationof graphic materials (banners, brochures, catalogs, presentations, web banners and email signatures, assets for social media, etc.). Basic video editing. Support in preparing files for print and digital media. Ensure that the guidelines of each brand are followed. Develop digital packs (various assets in different formats) to help digitalize the construction sector. Work closely with the Social Media Specialist in creating content for social networks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in design programs (Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe InDesign). Knowledge of complementary tools (Canva / Figma / CapCut). Student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Branding, or Visual Communication. Internship agreement required, with the possibility to work 40 hours per week. Previous experience in design or marketing internships is a plus. Fluent English (C1/C2) – ability to work easily in English. Portuguese is a plus.
