Technical Lead Embedded Software (m/f/d)

Lead the architecture, design, and development of software for medical devices Coordinate and mentor a team of software engineers Collaborate with hardware, QA, regulatory and industrial design teams Participate in code reviews, risk analyses, and architecture evaluations Manage technical project planning: estimates, priorities, risks, milestones, and deliverables Ensure software quality through the implementation of testing and automation practices 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles ~ Experience developing software for safety-critical and regulated environments ~ Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and component-based design ~ Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, and agile methodologies ~ Familiarity with regulated software lifecycles and technical documentation management ~ A hybrid work model which allows you to work up to 60 percent from your home work place A permanent employment contract with performance-related pay at an international and promising employer An individually tailored “on the job” training and professional development opportunities D.med Software S.L.Calle Plaza de Toros Vieja Nº 2, 5º A/B/C/D | 29002 Málaga | +49 211 650 415 14
