Junior Business Analyst

Sao Paulo/ Warsaw/Malaga Locations, Perm for Spain and Sao Paulo (Base $45K + $1K Bonus ), Contract for Poland:200 Euros/day, Years of exp: 5+ Key responsibilities: · Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. · Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation. · Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability. · Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making. · Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. Requirements · Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English. · Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. · Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. · Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. Valuable experience (nice to have) · Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. · Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions. · Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers). · Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs. · Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.
