Your Mission You will join the Sales Department and report directly to the Global Sales Director. Following the strategic vision, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the ecommerce channel, positioning it as one of our fastest-growing revenue streams. You will support and develop relationships with online retail partners, identify new commercial opportunities, and ensure strong CRM data integrity and actionable insights. This role combines hands-on execution with ownership of the ecommerce and digital growth roadmap, continuously optimizing the customer journey and driving measurable business impact. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure strong internal alignment and seamless digital performance.

Key Responsibilities Own the ecommerce growth roadmap and lead the management and continuous optimization of ecommerce channels (Spain, US, and upcoming launches), focusing on traffic, sales, conversion, and testing. Plan and execute digital commercial campaigns aligned with revenue targets. Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation programs across the customer lifecycle. Monitor and deliver collaborative growth plans with online retail partners. Ensure CRM data integrity, structure, and continuous improvement to support commercial decision-making. Integrate digital insights into the sales process through CRM and reporting. Develop and execute digital lead generation initiatives. Execute newsletter campaigns using the email marketing platform (layout/design not required). Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance metrics, proactively identifying optimization opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to improve the end-to-end customer journey and digital performance.

Success Indicators Success in this role will be measured through clear commercial and operational impact, including: Sustainable ecommerce revenue growth across key markets. Measurable improvements in conversion rate and customer acquisition efficiency. Increased qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution. Improved CRM data quality, segmentation, and usability for the sales team. Stronger performance and collaboration with online retail partners. Implementation of scalable marketing automation and customer journey improvements.

Who You Are We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional who enjoys teamwork and collaboration. You are proactive, honest, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-changing digital environment. You prioritize effectively, take ownership, and stay up to date with digital trends and tools.

Requirements: Degree with specialization in Digital Marketing. Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing departments or digital agencies. Experience in retail or design sectors is a plus (not mandatory). Proven experience managing CRM platforms and supporting commercial teams. Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Shopify, and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Catalan is a plus.
