Driven by strong growth and exciting recent wins across the
Italian & Alpine region
, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Business Development Manager
to help us expand our presence and build strategic partnerships with high-potential clients.
This role requires regular travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Italian security market
✔ Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
✔ Leverage existing industry networks to generate new leads and accelerate growth
✔ Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, ensuring revenue targets are met
✔ Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
✔ Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
✔ Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluency in
Italian and English
✅ Strong experience in
B2B sales of security solutions
in
Italy
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Proven ability to generate and manage qualified sales opportunities
✅ Deep knowledge of the
Security & Workforce Management
market
Nice to Have
➕ Additional European language(s)
➕ Experience in Workforce Management or selling to B2B security companies
➕ Experience with
CRM tools and SAP
