We are looking for a
Payroll Technician
to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will be fully dedicated to the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Collect, validate, and update payroll data (salaries, variable compensation, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
Support time and attendance management to ensure correct payroll calculation.
Calculate overtime, absences, sick leave, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and statutory declarations.
Ensure correct calculation and payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and documentation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and payments.
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal payroll policies.
Manage payroll reconciliation with the Finance department.
Requirements:
Degree or vocational training in Labor Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll regulations.
Experience with payroll software and time management systems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Intermediate / Advanced English
