Portuguese-speaking Customer Service & Reservations Advisors

to support a leading international hotel brand. If you are fluent in Portuguese and enjoy helping customers, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga.

&##127775; What You’ll Do • Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese • Assist customers with bookings and inquiries • Deliver outstanding customer service • Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience

✅ What We’re Looking For • Full professional fluency in

Portuguese • Advanced English • Advanced Spanish • Customer-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills • Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential) We’re especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.

&##128196; What We Offer • 39h/week contract • 5-month temporary contract (with possibility of extension) • Rotating shifts between 10:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun) • 2-month probation period • Start date: March 2nd, 2026 • Fully paid on-site training
