Job Summary
The
SI Optimisation Regional KAM
is responsible for optimizing, auditing, and improving integrations with key partners, including hotel chains and connectivity platforms. This role enables smooth and effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring connectivity performance and commercial success.
You will manage partner relationships, conduct performance reviews, participate in calls and onsite visits, and represent the organization at trade shows as needed. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities, drive improvements, and collaborate with both technical and commercial teams — directly impacting supplier performance and long-term success.
This role blends commercial acumen with analytical capability, offering exposure to the technical landscape of connectivities while providing strong professional development and broad sector knowledge within the HBX Group.
Responsibilities
Review supplier performance (overall/regional/local) and monitor the progress of new connectivity implementations.
Conduct accuracy reviews, identify issues, and agree on corrective actions with suppliers and partners.
Audit the overall setup of suppliers to ensure proper configuration and alignment with commercial and technical standards.
Participate in the rollout of new connectivities, ensuring successful activation and performance.
Hold regular calls, meetings, and onsite visits with suppliers and connectivity partners.
Brainstorm and identify new opportunities such as API upgrades, new functionalities, and connectivity enhancements.
Discuss future plans with partners and translate commercial objectives into connectivity requirements.
Represent HBX at trade shows and industry events as required.
Skillset and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in
Economics, Business, or Tourism .
Fluent
English and Spanish ; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as
Tableau
or
OpenSearch
High organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience managing product requirements and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation.
Strong influence and persuasion skills to achieve desired outcomes.
Analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
A data‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail..
