Car Flow Specialist

to join our team and support the end‑to‑end vehicle lifecycle — from demand planning to order management and supply coordination — ensuring operational and commercial excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Demand Planning: Analyze market trends and sales forecasts to ensure optimal vehicle availability. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to define volume requirements. Monitor monthly and quarterly demand fluctuations and adjust plans accordingly.

Order Management: Manage order intake from internal stakeholders and the dealer network. Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and follow‑up through internal systems. Coordinate with production and logistics to secure on-time order fulfillment.

Vehicle Supply: Monitor vehicle pipeline from factory to market. Identify supply bottlenecks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve them. Prepare reports on supply status, delivery performance, and inventory levels.

Required Skills and Abilities Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel and planning tools. Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in the automotive sector is a strong advantage.
