Director of Finance

to join the executive leadership team of a prestigious luxury hospitality asset. This is a pivotal role for a finance leader who thrives in high-performance environments and can combine strategic insight with operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with ownership and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, safeguarding the financial integrity of the business, and ensuring the property consistently delivers strong commercial performance. You will oversee all aspects of the finance function while acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. Leading the full financial operations of the property, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Providing strategic financial insight to support commercial decision-making and long-term business objectives Managing cash flow, financial controls and compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory frameworks Partnering with operational leaders to optimise profitability, drive cost efficiency and enhance financial performance Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Supporting capital planning, investment decisions and long-term financial modelling

This position requires a sophisticated finance professional with strong leadership capability and experience operating within complex luxury hospitality environments. ~ Understanding of Spanish accounting standards and regulations ~10+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles within luxury hospitality ~ Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial controls and performance analysis ~ You will be part of a senior leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional operational and financial performance in a highly respected hospitality environment.
