Intellias is partnering with a Fortune 100, Midwest-based industrial manufacturer to modernize and expand a suite of cloud-based services and data products used by a global network of dealers, enterprise customers, and internal business units. Our cross-functional teams deliver scalable APIs, event-driven services, and analytics pipelines that power quoting, ordering, asset telemetry, diagnostics, and lifecycle support for heavy equipment in the field. Requirements: 7+ years of experience

designing, building, and maintaining automated infrastructure and DevOps solutions for large-scale engineering organizations (100+ developers, 100+ services) Provide operational support during

overlapping US Central Time business hours (6-hour overlap) Strong proficiency with

AWS CloudFormation

for managing complex, multi-environment deployments Proven experience with

Azure Pipelines

implementing and maintaining

CI/CD

pipelines Proficiency in Python

for infrastructure automation, CI/CD workflows, and API integrations Deep, hands-on

expertise with AWS

Aurora PostgreSQL Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across infrastructure, networking, security, and permissions in distributed cloud systems Ability to architect simple, maintainable solutions that reduce operational and cognitive complexity for development teams Highly autonomous and self-directed engineer, capable of taking ownership of problems from definition through production delivery with minimal supervision At least B2 level of English.

Nice to have: Experience with Java (Maven) GitHub Actions experience Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure to support distributed backend and platform services Build and operate reliable CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments across multiple environments Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, ensuring consistency, traceability, and ease of change Partner with development teams to improve developer experience through automation, tooling, and platform simplification Diagnose and resolve complex production issues involving networking, security, permissions, and service integrations Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices to ensure high availability and operational visibility Continuously improve infrastructure security posture and operational resilience Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
