We're looking for an Associate Experience Design Director to lead design vision for a high-profile, multi-platform digital ecosystem, spanning web, mobile apps, and connected TV for one of the world's most recognised global brands.

What You'll Do Own design system architecture across responsive web, iOS, Android, and CTV Lead day-to-day client communications with senior stakeholders Manage and direct a team of four: Senior UX Designer, Senior Designer, and two UI Designers Govern quality across all outputs — reviews, QA, documentation, and handoffs Bridge strategic intent and hands-on delivery across two distinct content modes

What We're Looking For Proven design leadership at senior/associate director level Deep experience building multi-platform design systems at enterprise scale CTV/OTT design experience is a significant advantage Sports, broadcast, or streaming background preferred Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), multilingual, and RTL expertise Figma expert; fluent in AI-augmented design workflows Experience in broadcast, streaming, sports, or entertainment digital as well as on including brands including DAZN, ESPN, BBC Sport, Eurosport, Sport Tv, Discovery+, Netflix is highly desirable
