Job Description YOUR MISSION Glovo Spain is going through an Operational model shift and we are in the process of building a new department to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible. We are looking for a Senior project manager with data agility who wants to join an exciting project at Glovo still on its baby steps. This person will work hand in hand with the manager of external supply at Glovo Spain and help him on standardization of internal processes, creating the department's future vision and building a scalable and reliable reporting within the department. This role is crucial for ensuring expansion, optimization, and efficiency in order volumes, as well as implementing new tools to enhance logistics operations. This role will require a mix of analytical skills, operations, stakeholder management, and creativity to tackle different challenges. THE JOURNEY Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end supply projects, including fleet motorization and billing automation, from initial scope to final delivery. Reporting Standardization: Unified internal and 3PL reporting structures to ensure consistency across all stakeholders. Data Analytics: Query large datasets via SQL/BigQuery to build automated dashboards that track departmental KPIs. Strategic Support: Contribute directly to the department’s masterplan and long-term supply strategy. Commercial Enablement: Provide Account Managers with data-driven insights to support growth plans and partner negotiations. Process Optimization: Identify and automate manual workflows to improve operational efficiency and billing accuracy. Data Integrity: Act as the gatekeeper for supply data, ensuring all reporting is accurate and validated before reaching stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Translate complex project updates and data findings into actionable summaries for leadership.

What You Will Bring To The Ride 5+ years experience; background in high-growth tech startups, operations, marketplaces, consulting or similar industries is a plus. Strong capability in data analysis. Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization, or deploying projects across multiple countries, is a plus. University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field. Fluency in English.
