About the Company

OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

Main Responsibilities

Assistance in the drafting, review and management of commercial contracts, gaining practical knowledge of contractual structures, standard clauses and identification of legal risks. Support in handling legal inquiries and managing claims related to consumer law, warranties and aftersales matters. Collaboration in the preparation and follow-up of notifications and proceedings before public bodies and competent authorities. Participation in the drafting, implementation and monitoring of internal policies, corporate procedures and the company’s compliance system. Support in activities related to internal training on regulatory compliance. Collaboration in projects related to the application of automotive sector regulations, compliance analysis and assessment of regulatory risks. General support in cross-functional legal projects, preparation of internal reports and other tasks inherent to the Legal Department.

Requirements

Final-year Law student or Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. Must be eligible to sign an internship agreement with their university for a minimum duration of 6 months. Strong interest in commercial law, distribution law and compliance. High level of English (written and spoken). Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
