Maintenance Technician Are you a hands-on technician who thrives on solving complex breakdowns and improving technical installations? For a leading food production company in the South of the Netherlands, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician working in a 2-shift system.

The role As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of the production process. You quickly analyze and resolve technical breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. You will work across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and actively contribute to technical improvements and optimizations. You will also be involved in modifications, overhauls and the installation of new equipment.

Your responsibilities include: Troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns on production lines and auxiliary equipment Performing preventive and periodic maintenance Optimizing installations on both mechanical and electrical level Installing, testing and modifying technical equipment Carrying out modification and overhaul activities Reading and adjusting technical drawings and schematics Working in accordance with strict quality and safety standards You play an important role in maintaining a safe, efficient and high-performing production environment.

Your profile MBO level (technical vocational degree preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical role Experience in a production environment (food industry is a plus) Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on-call duty Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
