Customer Success Manager

The Role As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you are the trusted advisor for some of the largest and most complex clients. You will: Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio of enterprise accounts. Proactively understand client objectives, pain points, and strategic direction to ensure maximum value from the platform. Drive product adoption and expansion by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through insightful engagement. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to advocate for client needs and resolve complex issues efficiently. Lead quarterly business reviews, demonstrating quantifiable value and strategic recommendations to executive-level contacts. Onboard new enterprise clients and manage seamless transitions, setting them up for long-term success. Act as a strategic partner, helping clients optimise their use of the platform to achieve their business outcomes.
