Technical Product Manager - Hybrid working

Technical support: including 3rd party Lab., Client's lab testing; customer technical meeting; monitoring market technical trend; participate related technical meetings/events/working group Technical relationship building: including with the 3rd party lab. Clients' lab testing engineers, product managers, quality engineers, etc. Build good relationships to gain deep Knowledge of clients' requirements and gain good testing resources Team Management: Lead and train the sales team, ensuring team members have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and the market to enhance sales performance ; Collaborate with the product development team to advance new product development and resolve issues related to technology, sales, and after-sales service. Completion of Assigned Tasks: Ensure the timely completion of tasks assigned by senior management to support the achievement of company objectives.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, or related fields. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the utilities, or smart metering industry. Strong understanding of the Spanish utility market landscape. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple regional priorities. Willingness to travel frequently across Spain (short trips).
