What is Dreamshot?

Dreamshot is an AI-native creative agency. We produce photos, videos, and campaigns for premium brands at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional agencies, because AI is our production engine from day one and we're looking for an AI whisperer.

We work with brands like Inditex, Toyota, Kia, OK Mobility, and Ecoalf generating product visuals indistinguishable from traditional photography. We're a 5-person team, Spain-based, growing fast.

Your Mission

Own the visual production of AI-generated content for brand campaigns, e-commerce, and product photography. Translate briefs into finished, client-ready deliverables, from AI generation to Photoshop polish to final video edit. You're not a prompt engineer; you're a creative who uses AI as a tool.

What You'll Do

Client visual production (70%) - Generate AI images (product, fashion, lifestyle) using AI models (Nano Banana, Kling, and our own). Qith custom workflows you will help create. - Generate AI video clips using Kling, Veo, Seedance, or similar tools - Finish and retouch assets in Photoshop: compositing, lighting correction, quality polish - Edit final video deliverables with proper pacing, narrative, and export specs - Maintain visual consistency across brand assets and style guides - Join client calls when needed to present work and capture feedback directly

Process & workflow improvement (20%) - Document repeatable visual workflows so quality scales - Identify improvements in the production pipeline and asset templates

Dreamshot brand & internal content (10%) - Create visuals and short-form videos for Dreamshot's own channels (web, social, case studies) - Build visual examples that showcase what our technology can do. These are our best sales tool.

What We're Looking For

Imprescindible: - Advanced Photoshop skills: compositing, retouching, and finishing to a professional standard - Hands-on experience generating images with AI tools. - Experience with AI video generation tools. - Video editing proficiency (DaVinci Resolve or Premiere) - C1 English, written and spoken (client-facing work)

+1 if you have: - Sense for brand direction and ability to art-direct your own work, not just execute prompts - Background in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle visual production
