About the Role
We’re looking for engineers who think like architects and act like owners. This isn't just another coding job; it's a chance to build mission-critical systems on a modern stack and directly impact the financial well-being of thousands. As a Product Engineer, you are the bridge between a product idea and a scalable, production-ready reality. You'll work in a lean, cross-functional team, where your voice on architecture and technical strategy is not just heard, but expected.
What You’ll Do
•
Architect & Build End-to-End Features:
Translate product vision into robust, scalable, and elegant code. You'll design RESTful APIs, model database schemas, and build slick user interfaces using TypeScript, Vue/React/Next.js, and AWS.
•
Own System Performance & Reliability:
Dive deep into our AWS stack (Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) to hunt down bottlenecks, instrument our systems for world-class observability, and ensure our platform is not just fast, but resilient.
•
Drive the Technical Roadmap:
Go beyond the feature-factory. You'll evaluate new technologies, champion best practices like Infrastructure-as-Code, and help us make the right architectural bets for the long term.
•
Collaborate with Purpose:
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers to define what's possible, and elevate the entire engineering team through thoughtful code reviews and clear technical documentation.
•
Bridge Product, Engineering & Marketing:
Serve as the technical partner for Marketing in the European timezone. Work closely with PMs, engineers, Paid and CRM Manager to ensure tracking, data, and tooling align with the broader product and marketing strategy
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience shipping production-grade software. You've seen projects through from concept to launch and beyond.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Next.js). You don't just use them; you understand their trade-offs.
• Mastery of the Cloud. You're at home in the AWS ecosystem and have a proven track record of building and deploying cloud-native applications.
• A True Builder's Mindset. You have a passion for understanding systems from the ground up and a proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems across the full stack.
• Strong Communication Skills. You can articulate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience With:
• Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Event-driven architectures and serverless design patterns.
• Optimizing large-scale systems for performance and resilience.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability tools and practices (e.g., logging, monitoring, tracing with tools like Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or Prometheus).
• Hands-on experience with Segment and tools like Iterable, Firebase, Branch, or Appsflyer.
• Hands-on knowledge of of API orchestration, ETL/ELT automation, and multi platform data syncing (Segment ↔ Meta ↔ Google ↔ internal systems).
• Strong understanding of event tracking, SDKs, APIs, and data flows across apps and web.
• Experience improving attribution or deep linking with Branch or Appsflyer.
• Familiarity with email/push template tools like Stripo.
• Exposure to A/B testing, analytics tools, or QA processes related to tracking and data integrity.
• Building self-serve tools or automation platforms for operations, CRM, or growth teams.
• Integrating marketing platforms programmatically through APIs (Google, Meta, Iterable, Segment).
