Inside Sales Representative – French Mid-Market Barcelona, Spain (Office-based)

As an Inside Sales Representative for the French Market, you will be an engine of growth for Iron Mountain. you’ll be strategically identifying, prospecting, and closing new business within the French mid-market.

You will join a high-energy, results-driven team in Barcelona focused on helping organizations navigate digital transformation and secure their most critical assets.

Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and "hunt" new business opportunities within the French mid-market via cold calling, social selling, and email campaigns. Research and map out key stakeholders (C-level, IT Managers, Legal) to understand their pain points in information management. Conduct high-level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain’s digital and physical solutions with client needs. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature. Stay ahead of French market trends and competitor activity to position our value proposition effectively.

Native or near-native fluency in French is a must. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration. Sales Experience: experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS Sales (mid-market experience is a plus). Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to optimize your workflow. Proven ability in cold prospecting and consultative selling, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature. Barcelona, Spain (Office-based).
