Our partner is building a category-leading B2B financing platform operating across the US and Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join their engineering team and help scale infrastructure, strengthen reliability standards, and build a best-in-class production environment.
This is a high-impact role combining infrastructure architecture, observability, incident management, and developer enablement. You will work closely with engineering leadership to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and efficient while shaping the long-term SRE function.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and evolve infrastructure to support significant scale.
• Define and own SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs across services.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
• Lead incident response and postmortem processes.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate operational workflows.
• Conduct capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and production best practices.
• Support hiring and help build the reliability culture.
Requirements
• Proven experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tooling.
• Experience managing production incidents and on-call rotations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in high-growth environments.
