Your Role

Manage inbound inquiries from national and international clients via phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Organize and pre-qualify leads by gathering key information on clients’ property needs, preferences, and timelines. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up. Support the reactivation of existing client accounts through structured outreach and database management. Coordinate internally with sales agents to facilitate smooth handovers and maintain clear documentation of client interactions. Keep internal systems updated with property availability, notes, and client status to support team workflows. Contribute to a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with company service standards.

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years of professional experience in real estate, client relations, customer service, or administrative coordination roles. Customer service mindset with experience managing inbound requests and maintaining client databases. Language skills: Fluency in Spanish and English. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with a professional and structured approach. Organization: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Team spirit: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support cross-functional teams.
