The Assistant Store Manager will support the store manager in overseeing all aspects of the boutique’s operations, including sales performance, staff management, customer experience, and visual merchandising. This role requires a skilled manager, working together with the store manager and the rest of the team to drive sales, maintain the boutique’s luxurious ambiance, and build relationships with high-end clientele. The ideal candidate has a background in luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Your Role 1. Sales & Business Development: Deliver an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and styling advice. Process transactions accurately and efficiently Support store manager with driving and maximizing boutique sales performance to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Support Store manager with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying opportunities and challenges.

2. Client Relationship Management (Clienteling) & customer service : Cultivate and nurture relationships with VIP clients and develop a loyal client base. Support with clienteling activities, encouraging the team to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. Personally engage with top clients, providing them with personalized service and exclusive access to new arrivals and events.

3. Team management: Support store manager to conduct regular training sessions on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Support store manager to manage staff schedule, ensuring sufficient coverage during peak hours and seasonal high-demand periods.

4. Store Operations & Administration: Support with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Work with the rest of the team to maintain an organized, efficient back-of-house area, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of items. Support manager to coordinate with headquarters on inventory needs, store supplies, and any maintenance issues.

5. Visual Merchandising & Boutique Presentation: Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Support with seasonal visual changes, special promotions, and window displays to maintain a fresh, inviting store environment.

6. Event Planning & In-Store Experiences: Support manager with planning and coordinating in-store events, such as collection launches, VIP shopping sessions, and exclusive previews.

What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in in end retail Passionate about luxury fashion and retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; Spanish and additional languages are a plus Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive and positive attitude Detail oriented & analytical Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
