Its proprietary technology significantly reduces AI model size and inference costs, helping organisations deploy faster, more efficient and more sustainable AI systems. full-time fixed-term contract ending June 2026 , with immediate start preferred. You will design and develop FPGA-based solutions to accelerate AI and optimisation workloads, collaborating closely with software and research teams. This is a hands-on engineering role with direct product impact. Design and implement FPGA architectures (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog) Improve performance, latency and power efficiency Test, debug and validate FPGA designs Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field Solid digital design fundamentals Familiarity with high-speed interfaces and performance optimisation Signing bonus + retention bonus (paid at contract completion) Relocation support (if applicable) Hybrid working & flexible hours
