We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support private banking services and oversee compliance risks across our investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations. Interpreting regulatory requirements and proposing implementation solutions that are both compliant and practical in a digital-first environment Working closely with product teams to incorporate compliance considerations early on into early product development stages Developing and maintaining private bank policies and procedures Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations Building a culture of compliance, ensuring that requirements are fully embedded into day-to-day business operations Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight Experience in a compliance function within a private bank or wealth management firm
