This role is about owning and evolving our entire data ecosystem, connecting complex enterprise systems, and laying the technical foundations that will power AI initiatives across the company. If you enjoy combining engineering depth, architecture thinking, and business impact, this challenge is for you.

Your mission As part of the IT team, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous evolution of our AWS-based data platform (Redshift, S3 and orchestration services), supporting analytics and BI tools.

At the same time, you will progressively take ownership of data governance, integrations, and scalable data architecture, creating a trusted and accessible data foundation that enables future AI and advanced analytics initiatives.

You will help rethink how information flows across the company.

What you’ll do Data Platform & Engineering Maintain, optimize, and evolve our AWS data platform. Enable BI and self-service analytics tools (Power BI or similar) through curated datasets. Design data models, curated datasets, and business-oriented data marts. Build and manage reliable ETL/ELT pipelines. Implement orchestration using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, EventBridge, AppFlow, and similar services. Ensure monitoring, alerting, and operational excellence with CloudWatch.

Integrations & Architecture Connect enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, e-commerce, Veeva, etc.) through APIs and batch/event-driven pipelines. Design scalable and maintainable data flows and contracts. Improve accessibility, consistency, and quality of data across platforms.

Data Governance Define and enforce data quality, ownership, documentation, lineage, and access standards. Bring structure and visibility to a distributed data landscape. Establish best practices and technical documentation.

Analytics & Business Partnership Develop semantic models and dashboards in Power BI with consistent KPI definitions. Translate business needs into practical, scalable data solutions. Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders using a consulting mindset.

Future Vision Build the data foundation that will enable AI and advanced analytics use cases.

What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services. Building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines at scale. Advanced SQL. Data integration, APIs and system connectivity. Data warehousing & modeling. Advanced Spanish and English. Ownership mindset and autonomy. Consulting approach: challenge requirements and propose pragmatic solutions. Strong communication with business stakeholders. Collaborative team player.
