Overseeing the assigned territory:
visiting assigned customers and identifying commercial opportunities in accordance with Territory Management policies and the efficiency and effectiveness objectives defined by their manager;
assessing the potential of assigned customers and identifying new high-potential customers (market key accounts) in the assigned territory, proposing them to the Area Manager;
identifying key roles within the customer's organisation in terms of decision makers and influencers;
identifying and promptly reporting to the AM any economic difficulties or solvency risks of customers, as well as any changes in competitors' approach/organisation that may impact the sales process.
Implementation of the Sales Process in the assigned territory:
commitment to achieving the annual sales targets set by your manager;
analysis of customer needs, preparation and presentation of commercial offers, negotiation and conversion of offers into sales orders using all commercial levers available within the scope of the delegated powers of action, discount and expenditure assigned.
Information from the customer service/logistics department on critical cases of expiry and active participation in resolving them, providing feedback to the AM.
Participation in the After-Sales Process (Service and Spare Parts) in the assigned territory:
Promotion and sponsorship of the sale of spare parts and services offered by SCM
