Our client is looking for a passionate person about mobile automation, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and thrive in collaborative environments. Join a high-impact technology team driving the implementation of a Continuous Testing strategy across multiple business-critical projects. You will play a key role in ensuring full automated coverage of functional and non-functional testing, working closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Continuous Testing strategy across projects and modules, ensuring full automated coverage of functional and non-functional testing aligned with SDLC processes and tools.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable mobile automation frameworks (Android & iOS) using Java and Appium.
Develop and execute automated test suites for native and hybrid mobile applications, including context switching between native and webview components.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions) and device farms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality standards across all business flows.
Continuously research, adopt, and promote best practices and innovative tools in mobile and web automation, providing technical guidance to team members when needed.
Your Profile
4+ years of experience in Mobile Test Automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Appium, and device farms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
Solid experience automating native and hybrid mobile applications (Android & iOS), including handling dynamic DOM updates, asynchronous events, client-side routing, and webview contexts.
Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
Good understanding of Continuous Testing practices and automation framework scalability and maintainability.
Nice to have experience in Web automation (Selenium) and API automation, as well as exposure to banking projects.
Spanish is mandatory; English is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
