The Assistant will perform a range of administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities may include supporting team projects, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage schedules, records, and tasksProficiency in communication skills, including both verbal and written communicationProficiency with standard office tools and software for correspondence, scheduling, and documentationProblem-solving and time-management abilities to handle priorities and meet deadlinesFlexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic and fast-paced work environmentProfessional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationPrevious experience in a similar administrative or assistant role is an advantageFluency in multiple languages (e.g., English and Spanish) is a plus
