ROBOT & TIGHTENING PROGRAMMER

In our plant located in Pamplona we are looking for a highly motivated ROBOT & TIGHTENING PROGRAMMER to join our team! We are looking for an enthusiast who is not afraid of new projects and travel if needed in Spain, Portugal (50 %). English language on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Simulation of robot cells. Create robot programs according to Motherson SAS Specificactions. Commissioning robot cell in European Plants. Services support.

Profile:

Experience with creating simulation of robot cells, including cycle time analysis, layout,… Robot programing for different manufacturers (FANUC, ABB at least, KUKA and Universal Robot). Fulfilment on performance KPI: tightening rates, OEE, cycle time… Programming robot (Fanuc, ABB). Tightening tools configuration (Atlas Copco; Weber; Dessoutter..). Vision system configuration. Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics. Degree in engineering or robotic
