About the Client

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel. They are looking to hire an experienced Senior Software Architect on a contract basis until the end of 2026, with a potential view to extend or convert to a permanent position.

A seasoned and forward-thinking Senior Software Architect to define, govern, and evolve the architecture of complex, mission-critical software systems across Our client’s portfolios.

This role has a strong cross-cutting responsibility across software, data, and integration domains. While the primary mandate is software architecture, the position offers an optional focus on Data and AI architectures, particularly for products leveraging large-scale data processing, analytics, and intelligent systems in the aviation domain.

Software Architecture Design Optional Focus: Data & AI Architecture Risk, Compliance & Quality

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

8–10+ years of experience in software architecture or senior technical roles. • Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (aviation, transportation, industrial systems) is a strong advantage.
