This role has been introduced in the context of increased importance of procurement role within End-to-End sourcing process for Raw materials and our way of collaboration with our suppliers. The responsibilities will encompass strategic planning of Bill of Materials for raw materials, supplier sourcing, negotiation, tendering, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a robust and agile supply chain that meets the evolving needs of our stakeholders, business and regulatory environment. Additionally, Senior Category buyer Raw materials will lead the entire purchase to pay process covering not only the strategic phase but also purchase order management. Be the global expert in the spend categories within scope of responsibility related to Raw materials Data analysis, market analysis, spend analysis and budget monitoring. Stay up to date on market trends and new regulations in the pharmaceutical industry and ensure selected suppliers comply with required quality standards and current regulations Search, analyse, evaluate, and select suppliers for new R&D projects. Collaboration with preferred partners to accelerate product development, to increase the speed to market and to have the right cost base and manufacturability when launches are actualized and commercial. Participate in the planning and execution of purchasing strategies to optimize costs. Order Management: purchase orders creation, orders delivery tracking, and manage any required Accounting and Quality documentation related to procurement activities Master Data: Maintain and ensure accuracy of Procurement Master Data and replenishment parameters in SAP Organizational: participation in continuous improvement initiatives and projects, regular meeting attendance and other general administrative duties to support Procurement-Purchasing functions Strong knowledge of SAP MM Advance level in Excel Fluency in English (C1) written and spoken is a must Travel up to 30% (International and Local)
