Continuous Improvement Project Manager (Spain)

As a result of this success they are looking to hire more staff globally, and we have the privilege of working with them to hire a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join their Manufacturing Customer Success team, to responsibility for the implementation, training and platform optimisation of their flagship product, to help their clients achieve operational excellence.

Support the successful delivery of customer projects, specifically those related to achieving Operational Excellence via the SaaS software platform. Ensure the quality of delivery exceeds customer expectations by effectively managing activities and deliverables within your remit Own the delivery of the end-to-end SaaS platform onboarding journey: from pilot, configuration, and integration to training, go-live, and re-certification. Deliver key-use sessions and impactful train-the-trainer training. Create and maintain training and support materials Experience working in a Manufacturing specific role, such as Operations Mgr, Production Mgr etc Solid project management experience and proficiency with project management tools Track record of customer facing experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience of/or understanding of MES software solutions Experience working remotely and across time zones. Must speak both English and French
