Clinical Supervisor
Location/Hybrid: Tooele, UT | Hybrid - Onsite 4x a week

Compensation:
$80,000+ annually, based on licensed experience
$5k retention bonus that is paid out over the year

A Day in the Life of the Clinical Supervisor
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of dedicated mental health professionals, ensuring they deliver excellent care while meeting compliance and documentation standards. You’ll play a vital role in shaping training efforts, overseeing clinical outcomes, and supporting both the day-to-day operations and the professional development of your team. In addition to supervision duties, you’ll also maintain a small caseload to keep your clinical skills sharp.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and provide clinical direction, training, and consultation to a team of clinicians
Lead team meetings and supervision sessions
Ensure orientation and training objectives are met within required timeframes
Oversee documentation and treatment planning quality and compliance
Track and monitor clinical outcomes and implement action plans
Ensure adherence to accreditation, contract, and internal standards
Collaborate with leadership on program operations and financial goals
Provide direct therapy and crisis support to clients as needed
Offer individual supervision to under-licensed therapists after meeting licensing requirements
Stay current through professional development to maintain licensure and meet agency standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work, behavior analysis, or related field
Fully licensed (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Utah
2+ years of behavioral health experience post-licensure
Previous supervisory or clinical team training experience is preferred
Ability to work on-site 3x a week
